Prompt: I Wish

It's the other Monday of "every other Monday", which means it's time for a new prompt!
Opening today is: I Wish.
Writers of poetry and prose, consider writing about wishes that do or don't come true, and the consequences of that. Or just write a list of things you wish for! Reviews, critiques, rants, and essays are also creative writing, so if you've got a load of griping about a show/book/story that refuses to label a character or gushing about one that finally gave you the ship you always wanted, those would totally be welcome. Wishes come true, gone awry, or still waiting to be voiced.
There's also stars to think about, since so many people like to wish on them. They'd be a great visual theme for graphic artists. Or draw something you wish would come true - or already has come true.
There's songs about wishes you could reinterpret or collect with an MGA twist, or you could compose your own.
People who make 3D art, you can always make something that you wish existed in real life, like a pan pride colored griffin. Or you can work on something that you wish you'd finished already ;) Write down wishes on colored paper and stick them in a bottle; fold paper cranes in pride colors and take pictures of them swimming through life together. Pour a wish for someone into something you make, and then give it to them.
There's all sorts of ways you can go with this prompt, and I hope you find one (or more!) that works with your style. And then that you share it with us, to inspire us to make more, because creativity is great like that.
Happy creating!
